  • Overview

    Under general supervision the instructional learning and medial developer develops, designs, produces, and manages training content in a variety of formats including e-learning courses, video, audio, graphical, and other multimedia to assist in the learning and development of company employees, and to aid in promoting the company to outside parties.


    • Manages multiple training and development projects, from inception to implementation, that promote continued learning and retention of information
    • Leads subject matter experts (SMEs) in identifying content that accomplishes training and development project goals
    • Performs a needs assessment on a training and development issue; determines and recommends the appropriate solution
    • Applies principals of adult learning to design, develop, and create engaging e-learning courses, videos, audio narration, and various multimedia projects using the appropriate audio/video equipment and software; includes wiring scripted material and story boarding content
    • Manages the Company’s audio/video equipment, stock photos, and music
    • Researches and recommends technologies to support company needs to keep up with industry trends
    • Assists the LMS administrator in providing employee support, setting-up and assigning training to employees through the Company’s LMS, and uploading e-learning content to the Company’s LMS
    • Prompt and regular attendance is required


    • 5 years in a training environment with at least 2 years developing multimedia training materials
    • Working knowledge in Storyline, Articulate, Photoshop, Premiere and various media software
    • Computer literate with strong Excel skills

    This is an office position that consistently operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Requires the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
